One system, not a patchwork.
Many leagues juggle Discord, spreadsheets, forms, a results site and overlay software, paid for in subscriptions and volunteer time.

Straight answers.
How is the price worked out?
Your plan’s rate times your active members that month, with a monthly minimum and a cap. A league with 60 members would pay $18 a month on Basic, $30 on Stewarding or $48 on Broadcast. You never pay for more than 150 members. Final pricing is confirmed at launch.
What counts as an active member?
Each person whose membership is current (Active, Due, Overdue or Hold) when members are counted on the 1st of the month: anyone who can log in, race and appear in league operations. Inactive and lapsed members are not counted, and roster changes during the month don’t change that month’s price.
Which plan do we need?
Basic runs the league on its own. Choose Stewarding if you run race control, a stewards’ panel or pace-based splits. Choose Broadcast, now in pilot, if you also stream; it includes everything in Stewarding.
Can we change plans mid-season?
Every plan uses the same results, standings and member register, so nothing has to move when you change plans. Timing details come with the final pricing.
What if we have more than 300 members?
Pricing for leagues over 300 members is agreed with you directly. From 150 to 300 members you pay your plan’s capped price.
Who owns our data?
The intent is simple: your league's data stays yours. A full export and keeping each league's data separate are part of the hosted plan. Full terms come with the final pricing.
Does it work with iRacing?
Yes. SeriesChief is league management for iRacing leagues. You connect your league's own iRacing account, and your schedule and results import from it. On the Stewarding and Broadcast plans, the desktop app reads iRacing's official incident counts.
Priced for the grid you run.
